| Teleconferencing equipment comes in many shapes and sizes, the following are some of the
most popular models.
|
 |
Probably the most common model, you'll notice the main piece
has a key pad to dial the phone # of the party you will be
conferencing with. The main piece also has the speaker which
will allow everyone in the room to hear the group at the other
end of the phone conversation. Two additional microphone are
included with this model so that everyone doesn't have to
huddle around one area.

 |
This model is a little more old fashion. You'll notice that it takes a
little more space on the table. Another disadvantage to this model is
that the key pad is elevated, this may force the dialing party to stand
to view the #s.

Go all the way and get video conferencing. That is if you can afford it.
Setup prices range from $1,000 to around $100,000+. Large corporations
have recently been investing heavily in this equipment because it saves
money when you consider the participants would have traveled to
meet face to face.
